Phase 1 : Register

• In case no valid account available, please register first
• Use your company email as account name (as the mail domain is the key)
• Use your company email address as email as this is a check you are part of this company

Phase 2 : Approve

• After registration but before approval you cannot login (some names are pre-approved).
• Approval will be granted by your contact
• After approval you have access to your specific environment. Here you are granted specific Create - Read - Update - Delete rights as appropriate to your role/function.

Phase 3 : Login

• You can login at the specific company environment with approved login credentials.
• In case the company has it's own environment active on their intranet you will be redirected to that intrantet environment.
• In case of Intranet, you can also login on that intranet environment directly in case you know the URL. This URL is shared to you by your contact.
